Easy Feta Dip

I’ve been making this super easy dip for probably fifteen years!  It’s a crowd pleaser and takes about five minutes to prepare, with simple ingredients.  My kids even like it — and there are tomatoes involved.  Make sure that you get some fresh bakery bread (the skinny baguettes are my favorite), it is inexpensive and makes all the difference!

Ingredients:

Good quality olive oil

4-5 Roma tomatoes (or 1 carton Campari tomatoes)

1 bunch of green onions

1 8 oz block of Feta

2 tsp Cavender’s Greek Seasoning

2 fresh baguettes

Directions:

Dice the tomatoes, and slice the green onions.

On a platter or serving dish, drizzle olive oil until it covers the bottom.  Go light, you can always add more later if you need to!

Place the tomatoes and green onions on top of the olive oil on your platter.  Crumble the block of Feta cheese on top (It’s fun!).  Sprinkle with Cavender’s seasoning, and then mix it all together.

Thinly slice the baguettes, and serve on the side.

Enjoy!
