One of my favorite things to do during the holidays is to invite my teacher friends over after the last day of school before winter break, and feed them these delicious White Chocolate Martinis. And let me tell you what, they are Here. For. It. Because who deserves it more than teachers, after wrangling our sugared up and overly-excited-slash-tired elves for the entire month of December??? (Answer: NOBODY, that’s who). I mean, your non-teacher friends will love them too. Maybe invite them to join in watching the stress melt off these earthy angels as it starts to sink in that they are FREE FOR TWO WEEKS and it’s so much fun! No teacher friends? Getchu some. They are the salt of this earth.

Now, I am usually a stirred not shaken kinda gal due to the extra dirty dish and all. But these are totally worth the effort. The key to making this drink delicious is plenty of ice, because you want them to be super cold. And put some muscle into the shake! The frothier the better. I also add a splash of peppermint creamer if my customer prefers it.
Ingredients:
2 ounces Godiva white chocolate liqueur
2 ounces vanilla vodka
2 ounces half and half
Optional: Chocolate syrup to drizzle in glass, crushed candy for rim, peppermint creamer
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, then shake. Shake it. Shake it like a Polaroid picture for about 30 seconds.
Strain into a martini or cocktail glass and serve.
Cheers!
